Bryan has helped numerous startups execute their growth strategies, including raising capital, financial, cap table & valuation modeling and M&A exits.

Bryan has over 12 years of global M&A experience helping publicly-traded, private equity-backed, venture-backed and privately-held companies around the world, with strategic growth initiatives and buy-side/sell-side deal execution. Bryan had a stint at The Carlyle Group where he helped grow a portfolio company through adjacent acquisitions and executed a roll-up strategy for transport packaging companies. His experience at HERE Technologies consisted of reviewing M&A and Venture Investment opportunities within supply-chain, automotive, and location technology companies. He holds a BS in Finance & minor in International Business at DePaul University and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business.
